Refunds and cancellations of annual dues, exam registration fees, applications fees, and other expenses included as part of the process of becoming a VTS (Dentistry) will not be considered without special circumstances at the discretion of the appropriate chairpersons of the Academy of Veterinary Dental Technicians.  Per our bylaws, the cost of examinations are forfeit in the event the candidate does not pass.
